Vinit Stainless, a prominent producer and supplier of premium stainless steel products with headquarters in Chennai, India, is renowned for its dedication to quality, creativity, and client-focused solutions. Stainless Steel 439 Bars are one of our premium products that stand out for its strength, longevity, and superior resistance to corrosion. These bars, which are widely used in industrial, construction, and automotive applications, are manufactured in compliance with international standards. In order to satisfy the changing demands of international industries, Vinit Stainless is committed to providing effective, dependable, and value-driven stainless steel solutions.
Titanium is added to stainless steel 439, a ferritic steel that is mainly made up of 17–19% chromium, to improve stability and weldability. It is perfect for environments with aggressive media because of its low carbon content, which greatly increases intergranular corrosion resistance. SS 439 bars continue to function at high temperatures because of their exceptional oxidation resistance, high thermal stability, and resistance to stress corrosion cracking. In heat-intensive settings, their magnetic qualities, along with their superior formability and scaling resistance, make them a potent substitute for austenitic grades.
