With its headquarters located in Chennai, India, Vinit Stainless is a renowned producer and supplier of premium stainless steel 316 pipes that are renowned for their exceptional mechanical qualities and resistance to corrosion. Vinit Stainless, a well-known brand in the stainless steel sector, provides precisely engineered pipes that satisfy international requirements for performance, strength, and durability. These pipes are perfect for use in corrosive and harsh environments in a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, marine, and chemical processing. Vinit Stainless provides outstanding products with an emphasis on client satisfaction and on-time delivery, supported by superior infrastructure, quality control, and dependable logistics.
16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, and 2-3% molybdenum make up stainless steel 316 pipes, which improves their resistance to corrosion, particularly in the presence of chlorides and acidic environments. Better weldability and resistance to sensitisation are guaranteed by the low carbon content. These pipes have an elongation of about 40% and a minimum tensile strength of 515 MPa and yield strength of 205 MPa. They are perfect for a variety of industrial applications needing dependable structural and anti-corrosive performance because they retain exceptional strength and ductility at both high and low temperatures.

Stainless Steel 316 ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) pipes are made by welding stainless steel strips, providing excellent corrosion resistance and strength for marine, chemical, and industrial applications.
Stainless Steel 316 EFW (Electric Fusion Welded) pipes are produced through fusion welding of stainless steel plates, offering high corrosion resistance and durability for chemical and marine environments.
Stainless Steel 316 LSAW (Longitudinally Submerged Arc Welded) pipes are created using submerged arc welding, providing high strength and excellent resistance to corrosion, ideal for large-diameter, harsh environments.
Stainless Steel 316 Seamless pipes are made without welding, ensuring uniform strength and exceptional corrosion resistance, ideal for critical applications in chemical processing, marine environments, and high-stress conditions.
Stainless Steel 316 Welded pipes are produced by welding stainless steel sections, offering high strength and excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for marine, chemical, and industrial applications.
Stainless Steel 316 Square pipes feature a square cross-section, providing structural support and high corrosion resistance for architectural and industrial applications requiring durability and aesthetic appeal.
Industries that require high strength and resistance to corrosion frequently use stainless steel 316 pipes. Water treatment systems, pharmaceutical manufacturing, marine engineering, food and beverage processing, and chemical and petrochemical processing are examples of common applications. These pipes are particularly well-suited for coastal and offshore structures, which are environments with high levels of moisture, acids, and chlorides. They are perfect for fluid transport systems, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers due to their exceptional formability and weldability. 316 pipes are also favoured in cleanroom, dairy, and medical settings that demand accuracy and purity due to their strong mechanical qualities and sanitary surface.
