Located in Chennai, India, Vinit Stainless is a well-known manufacturer and supplier of premium stainless steel 410 pipes for a range of industrial uses. Our SS 410 pipes are made with premium raw materials and precise engineering techniques, and they are well-known for their strength, resilience to wear, and durability. These pipes are made to function dependably in high-stress and moderately corrosive environments. Our goal at Vinit Stainless is to provide products that satisfy international standards while guaranteeing reliable performance, prompt delivery, and affordable prices. Oil and gas, automotive, construction, power, and general engineering are among the industries that use our SS 410 pipes.
Approximately 11.5–13.5% chromium and 0.15% carbon make up the martensitic stainless steel pipes known as Stainless Steel 410, with trace amounts of manganese, silicon, and nickel. These pipes have a high mechanical strength and good corrosion resistance in mild environments. About 500–700 MPa of tensile strength and 275 MPa of yield strength are provided by SS 410. They can reach a hardness of up to 35 HRC after heat treatment. 410 pipes are perfect for applications needing wear resistance, structural integrity, and mechanical durability because of their exceptional machinability and moderate resistance to corrosion.
