Vinit Stainless is a reliable manufacturer and supplier of AWS Class ER410 MIG and TIG Filler Welding Wire and Rod, proudly located in Chennai, India. The ER410 filler metal is specifically crafted for welding and overlaying 12% chromium martensitic stainless steels, like the 410 and 405 grades, which demand outstanding hardness, wear resistance, and a decent level of corrosion resistance. Adhering to strict AWS standards, our ER410 wires and rods ensure clean, crack-resistant welds and consistent arc performance. Vinit Stainless provides ER410 consumables for various applications, including petrochemical plants, power generation, pump manufacturing, valve repair, and general engineering, where strong, durable weld deposits are crucial.
AWS Class ER317L is a stainless steel welding wire composed of approximately 19% chromium, 13% nickel, 3.5% molybdenum, and 0.03% carbon due to its high molybdenum content which provides good resistance to sulfuric and sulfuric acids. This alloy is known for its highest strength after welding and resistance to intergranular corrosion. Advantages of ER317L include improved stability in complex chemicals, making it ideal for applications in the chemical industry, petrochemical industry and marine environments.

This MIG filler wire is available in sizes such as 0.030″, 0.035″, and 0.045″ diameter. It offers excellent corrosion resistance and is ideal for welding stainless steels with high molybdenum content. Its low carbon content helps minimize carbide precipitation.
Available in diameters like 1/16″, 3/32″, and 1/8″, this TIG filler wire provides superior corrosion resistance. It is suitable for welding similar stainless steel alloys and maintains a low carbon content to prevent carbide formation.
Typically offered in sizes of 1/16″, 3/32″, and 1/8″ diameter, this filler rod is known for its excellent resistance to corrosion and high strength. It’s designed for use in TIG welding applications requiring enhanced resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.
After manufacturing, our quality control team conducts both destructive and non-destructive tests using advanced tools to ensure the performance and reliability of the AWS Class ER317L MIG and TIG Filler Welding Wire and Rod. Once tested we pack the products securely to maintain their quality during transit and ensure timely delivery to customers. All relevant documents are provided to clients at the time of delivery for full transparency and assurance.
AWS Class ER317L is primarily used for welding austenitic stainless steels such as 317 and 317L. Offering excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation and pitting in a variety of environments. Including acidic and chloride-containing solutions. ER317L is suitable for incorporation into stainless steel in industries such as pharmaceutical, food processing, pharmaceutical, pulp and in papermaking. The low carbon content reduces the risk of carbide precipitation, making it ideal for applications where post-weld heat treatment is not feasible or practical on the snow.
