Stainless Steel Channels are usually made of grades like 304/304L and 316/316L. Their chemical composition has high chromium (around 18-20%) and nickel (around 8-14%) content, which provides high corrosion resistance. Grade 316/316L also contains molybdenum (2-3%) for improved pitting and crevice corrosion resistance. They are mechanically strong with high tensile strength (e.g., 515-620 MPa) and yield strength (e.g., 205-310 MPa), offering high load-carrying capacity, structural stiffness, and good formability for different fabrication needs.
