Stainless Steel Perforated Sheets are normally fabricated from grades such as 304/304L and 316/316L. Their chemistry offers excellent corrosion resistance through high nickel and chromium content. 316/316L also contains molybdenum for pitting resistance improvement. They hold high tensile strength of the base metal (e.g., 515-620 MPa) and good ductility mechanically, enabling fabrication without sacrificing structural integrity. Perforation changes properties slightly but is regulated to maintain dimensional stability and uniform performance.
