This special blend gives them outstanding resistance to sulfuric, phosphoric, and acetic acids. The alloy boasts a tensile strength of 490–710 MPa, a yield strength of around 220 MPa, and an elongation of ≥35%. 904L fittings are known for their exceptional toughness, weldability, and resistance to pitting, making them perfect for critical connections in aggressive environments, especially where chloride-induced corrosion or strong acids threaten structural integrity.
