Vinit Stainless, a well-known producer and supplier of stainless steel 316 valves with headquarters in Chennai, India, offers expertly designed solutions for fluid control in demanding settings. Vinit Stainless is well-known for its dedication to quality, innovation, and client satisfaction. It offers valves that satisfy global requirements for dependability, durability, and corrosion resistance. These valves are perfect for critical applications because the SS 316 grade provides improved protection against chlorides and acidic environments. Vinit Stainless serves a variety of industries, including the food processing, water treatment, marine, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing sectors, with its cutting-edge manufacturing facilities and skilled technical personnel.
The composition of stainless steel 316 valves, which includes 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, and 2–3% molybdenum, greatly enhances corrosion resistance, particularly in environments that are acidic and chloride-rich. Weldability and sensitisation resistance are improved by the low carbon content. These valves have an excellent elongation of about 40%, a minimum yield strength of 205 MPa, and a tensile strength of about 515 MPa. They are appropriate for high-pressure, high-temperature fluid control systems under demanding service conditions due to their mechanical strength and strong resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.
