SS 310H has 24–26% Chromium, 19–22% Nickel, and high Carbon content (0.04–0.10%) for strength at higher temperatures. The alloy has a tensile strength of approximately 515–730 MPa and a yield strength of 205 MPa. SS 310H retains oxidation resistance and structural stability under prolonged thermal exposures. SS 310H shows good toughness, scaling resistance, and superior weldability. The greater carbon content enhances its creep strength and is best suited for high-temperature applications where structural integrity is vital.
