Vinit Stainless, based in Chennai, India, is a well-known producer and supplier of top–quality stainless steel goods, providing an extensive assortment of forged fittings tailored for durability and performance. Among their high-end products is the SS 310 Forged Fitting, which boasts exceptional strength, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. These fittings are designed for extreme conditions, specifically in industries where thermal stress and oxidizing environments are typical. By being committed to international standards, state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques, and timely delivery, Vinit Stainless has established itself as a trusted partner to customers looking for quality forged fittings for commercial and industrial purposes.
SS 310 Forged Fittings are constructed from austenitic stainless steel, which contains 24–26% chromium and 19–22% nickel and has a maximum of 0.25% carbon. The high alloy content confers superior resistance against oxidation as well as scaling up to temperatures of 1100°C. The fittings possess tensile strength of around 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of around 40%. The toughness is uniform even at cryogenic temperatures. SS 310 forged fittings also possess good weldability and mechanical strength, making them suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure conditions of demanding industrial processes.

Corrosion-resistant and designed for high-temperature applications, these fittings are ideal for joining pipes. Sizes typically range from 1/4 inch to 4 inches. Dimensions vary based on pipe size, with standard schedules available.
Offering excellent corrosion resistance, these fittings are used where welding is impractical. Common sizes range from 1/8 inch to 2 inches. They are available in various threads per inch, adhering to ANSI standards.
This elbow provides high resistance to oxidation and corrosion at elevated temperatures. Available in sizes from 1/2 inch to 4 inches, it helps in redirecting flow at a 45-degree angle. Dimensions conform to ANSI/ASME standards.
Corrosion-resistant and durable, the threaded tee connects three pipes. Sizes generally range from 1/4 inch to 4 inches, with dimensions following standard pipe thread specifications for ease of connection.
Offering superior resistance to high temperatures and corrosion, this coupling is used for pipe connections. Sizes typically range from 1/4 inch to 2 inches. It features internal threads that match standard pipe sizes.
With excellent corrosion resistance, the socket weld cross allows for the connection of four pipes at a single junction. Common sizes range from 1/2 inch to 2 inches, with dimensions based on standard pipe specifications.
SS 310 Forged Fittings are employed extensively in applications where both corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength is demanded. They are perfectly suited for application in furnace components, thermal processing equipment, petrochemical and refinery pipes, and heat exchangers. These fittings are used widely in power plants, cement plants, and incinerators, where they resist high heat and chemical attack. Their excellent performance in oxidizing and carburizing atmospheres also qualifies them for chemical industry applications. SS 310 forged fittings are also employed in exhaust systems, superheaters, and high-pressure steam lines where mechanical strength and thermal resistance are essential for safe operation.
