Based in Chennai, India, Vinit Stainless is a well-known producer and supplier of high-end stainless steel goods, including Stainless Steel 904L Coils. Vinit Stainless offers premium products that satisfy the needs of industries functioning in extremely demanding and corrosive environments, with a strong emphasis on quality, durability, and corrosion resistance. Particularly in harsh chemical and marine environments, SS 904L coils are renowned for their outstanding resistance to acids and superior mechanical strength. Vinit Stainless is a reputable partner for dependable stainless steel solutions in India and around the world, supported by cutting-edge manufacturing and exceptional customer service.
The austenitic high-alloy stainless steel used to make Stainless Steel 904L Coils has 19–23% chromium, 23–28% nickel, and 4-5 percent molybdenum, with trace amounts of copper, manganese, and nitrogen. Excellent resistance to seawater, sulfuric acid, and other harsh environments is provided by this composition. In terms of mechanics, it provides exceptional formability and toughness, good elongation, and a high tensile strength (roughly 515 MPa). The alloy is perfect for demanding industrial environments that demand strength and durability due to its resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking.
