Quality at Vinit stainless is not a matter of standard, but quality issue, which we promise to deliver in all our products and processes. Being one of the most reliable manufacturers and suppliers of stainless steel products hailing Chennai, India, we focus on the precision, durability and performance of everything we provide. Our quality management process complies with the ISO 9001:2015 requirements and we maintain strict quality control procedures during all levels of operations starting at acquisition of raw materials to its ultimate delivery. We produce all our products in line with the international specifications e.g. ASTM, ASME, DIN, and ISO, e.g., stainless steel sheets, tubes, pipes, coils, sheets of stainless steel, bars and fittings all the equivalent products.

Our raw materials come directly to us through the renowned mills andCertified vendors, where all the batches of our products have to pass the stipulatedchemical and mechanical requirements. We have quality control team, which performs quality inspection with the help of the state of the art equipment, hardness testing, tensile strength, surface finish analysis, and Positive Material Identification (PMI). We also do non-destructive testing (NDT) on the basis of customer requirement.

Every product can be traced and is either provided with an extensive documentation such as Mill Test Certificates (MTCs) in EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 strings.
