High-performance stainless steel 304H bars for industrial applications needing increased strength and heat resistance are the speciality of Vinit Stainless, a well-known manufacturer and supplier with headquarters in Chennai, India. A high-carbon version of 304 stainless steel, SS 304H is made especially for high-temperature settings where structural integrity is essential. Vinit Stainless manufactures 304H bars in a variety of sizes that satisfy industry requirements and global standards. The oil and gas, chemical and power generation industries all make extensive use of our bars. Our unwavering dedication to quality and dependability guarantees steady performance under trying circumstances.
In order to increase strength at high temperatures, stainless steel 304H bars have a higher carbon content (0.04–0.10%) than 304 or 304L, along with chromium (18–20%) and nickel (8–11%). These bars have an approximate elongation of 40%, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and a tensile strength of 515 MPa. Excellent toughness and oxidation resistance are provided by the austenitic structure. SS 304H bars are perfect for pressure-containing and high-temperature structural applications because they maintain their mechanical qualities and resistance to corrosion even after extended exposure to high temperatures.
