SS 310 coil has 24–26% Chromium and 19–22% Nickel with enhanced resistance to scaling and oxidation at temperatures of up to 1150°C. It possesses tensile strength of approximately 520 MPa and yield strength of about 205 MPa. SS 310 is also found to possess excellent creep resistance as well as satisfactory toughness at cryogenic temperatures. Though less corrosion-resistant in aqueous media, its thermal as well as oxidation performance renders it an excellent candidate for high-temperature systems and thermal cycles in industrial processing.

SS 310 hot rolled coils are designed for high-temperature applications, offering superior oxidation and corrosion resistance. These coils are often used in furnace components, heat exchangers, and industrial equipment due to their strength and durability
SS 310 cold rolled coils provide enhanced surface finish and dimensional accuracy compared to hot rolled coils. They are used in applications requiring precise tolerances and excellent corrosion resistance, such as in chemical processing, heat exchangers, and high-temperature environments. These coils maintain strength and resistance to oxidation, making them suitable for demanding industrial and architectural applications.
Stainless Steel 310 HR slitting coils are hot-rolled and cut into strips, offering excellent high-temperature and corrosion resistance. They are ideal for furnace components, heat exchangers, and other demanding industrial applications.
Stainless Steel 310 slitting coils are cut into precise widths from hot or cold rolled sheets. They offer high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, ideal for applications like furnace parts and heat exchangers.
AISI 310 slitting coils are cut from hot-rolled stainless steel, providing exceptional high-temperature and corrosion resistance. They are ideal for furnace parts, heat exchangers, and other high-stress industrial applications.
SS 310 coils are applied where there is regular exposure to high temperatures, including furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, kilns, and fire boxes. They find applications in refinery burner nozzles, coal gasifiers, and thermal oxidizers. In metallurgical processes, SS 310 is favored for furnace conveyor belts, radiant tubes, and recuperators. Its high thermal fatigue resistance and oxidation make it ideal for high-temperature industrial furnaces and boilers. The coils also find application in power stations and cement production, where temperature control and mechanical strength are necessary for long-term, reliable service.
