Vinit Stainless is a renowned manufacturer and supplier of SS 316Ti forged fittings in Chennai, India. They have a reputation for manufacturing corrosion-resistant and strength–rich stainless steel components. Vinit Stainless provides forged fittings that exhibit high performance in high-temperature and aggressive chemicals environments. SS 316Ti is a titanium-stabilized form of SS 316 that provides better intergranular corrosion resistance against welding. These forged fittings are extensively used in applications demanding long life and pressure weldability and thermal stress resistance. Quality assurance by Vinit guarantees SS 316Ti forged fittings optimum performance in the petrochemical, food processing, and pharmaceutical industries.
SS 316Ti forged fittings are made up of 16–18% Chromium, 10–14% Nickel, 2–3% Molybdenum, and 0.5% Titanium. Titanium stabilizes the alloy to avoid carbide precipitation during welding. These fittings provide tensile strength of approximately 550 MPa and a yield strength of about 230 MPa. These are suitable for high-temperature service with the retention of strength and resistance to corrosion even in oxidizing, as well as acidic, conditions. Molybdenum and titanium addition provides them with excellent pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking resistance.

Ideal for high-temperature applications, these fittings offer excellent corrosion resistance and are typically available in sizes ranging from 1/2″ to 4″. They are used in industries like chemical processing and oil refineries.
Known for superior corrosion resistance, especially against sulfuric and phosphoric acids, these fittings come in various sizes from 1/8″ to 4″. They are commonly used in marine and industrial environments.
This elbow fitting allows for a smooth 45-degree change in pipe direction and is available in sizes from 1/2″ to 6″. It provides excellent resistance to corrosion and is used in high-pressure applications.
This tee fitting allows for branching out of the main pipe, available in sizes from 1/2″ to 6″. It offers exceptional resistance to corrosion and is used in a variety of piping systems.
Used to connect two pieces of pipe, this half coupling is available in sizes ranging from 1/4″ to 6″. It is highly resistant to corrosion and suitable for high-temperature environments.
This fitting provides a cross junction, available in sizes from 1/2″ to 4″. It ensures high resistance to corrosion and is used in complex piping arrangements.
SS 316Ti forged fittings are best suited for application in chemical processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and food processing piping systems where welding and high-temperature service are typical. They are particularly handy in heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and boilers. The fittings do not lose corrosion resistance and structural integrity in applications that include chlorides and acidic chemicals. Due to their ability to resist sensitization, they are ideal for welded systems.
