The stainless steel 316Ti nuts are made from an austenitic stainless steel alloy with the addition of titanium. It is composed of chromium (16-18%), nickel (10-14%), molybdenum (2-3%), and, in particular, contains a small percentage, around 0.5-0.8% of titanium for preventing carbide precipitation and offering heat with high performance improved. It delivers excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation, making 316Ti nuts ideal for aggressive or service-related applications at high temperatures, like chemical processing and marine uses.
