High-performance stainless steel 330 pipes from Vinit Stainless, a reputable manufacturer and supplier in Chennai, India, are made to perform exceptionally well in corrosive and hot conditions. The austenitic nickel-chromium alloy SS 330 is renowned for its exceptional strength, resistance to oxidation, and thermal stability. These pipes, which are precisely made to satisfy international quality standards, are available from Vinit Stainless in a range of sizes and wall thicknesses. Our SS 330 pipes are extensively utilised in furnaces, heat treatment facilities, and petrochemical processing units and are perfect for applications involving exposure to heat and chemicals. Vinit Stainless guarantees client satisfaction across industries with reliable quality and prompt delivery.
About 34–37% nickel and 17–20% chromium make up stainless steel 330 pipes, with trace amounts of silicon (1–1.5%), manganese, and carbon. This alloy has outstanding resistance to carburisation and oxidation, as well as high-temperature strength. SS 330 pipes have a yield strength of about 250 MPa and a tensile strength of 550–750 MPa. Even in cyclic thermal environments, their austenitic structure guarantees good ductility and thermal stability. The material is ideal for heat-based applications needing long-term durability and corrosion resistance because it retains structural integrity when exposed to high temperatures for extended periods of time.

SS 317 LSAW pipe is longitudinally submerged arc welded pipes made of 317 stainless steel, which provide excellent corrosion resistance, high strength and durability for high pressure applications
Stainless Steel 330 Round Pipes are cylindrical pipes made from 330 stainless steel, known for exceptional heat resistance, durability, and strength, suitable for high-temperature and demanding industrial applications.
Stainless Steel 330 Welded Pipes are pipes made from 330 stainless steel, joined by welding. They offer excellent high-temperature resistance, strength, and durability for various industrial and high-heat applications.
For high-temperature industrial applications that need resistance to oxidation, carburisation, and thermal cycling, stainless steel 330 pipes are perfect. Heat exchangers, mufflers, annealing tubes, furnace parts, and piping for petrochemical plants are among the common applications. Chemical manufacturing facilities, power generation systems, and thermal processing equipment also use these pipes. Because of its high nickel and chromium content, SS 330 can function dependably in settings where other types of stainless steel might not, especially those that expose it to gases containing sulphur or carburising conditions. In harsh service conditions, their superior mechanical strength and heat resistance guarantee long-term performance and lower maintenance costs.
