Because of their stability and longevity, these materials are widely used in the petrochemical, aerospace, and power generation industries. Vinit Stainless is a trusted partner for both domestic and international stainless steel requirements because of its track record of providing dependable products, outstanding service, and customer-focused solutions.
The titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steels 347 and 347H are made to be more resistant to intergranular corrosion. 17–19% chromium, 9–12% nickel, and titanium with 5x carbon up to 0.60% make up their chemical makeup. To increase strength at higher temperatures, 347H has a higher carbon content. Mechanical characteristics of these grades include minimum elongation of 40%, yield strength of 205 MPa, and tensile strength of up to 515 MPa. They are perfect for environments requiring a lot of heat and pressure because of their high-temperature strength, weldability, and resistance to corrosion.
