Vinit Stainless is a reliable name when it comes to manufacturing and supplying SS 410HT in Chennai, India, providing excellent stainless steel for tough thermal conditions. SS 410HT is a heat-treated grade of stainless steel 410 that is designed to provide improved mechanical properties and wear resistance. With a strong commitment to product excellence and timely delivery, Vinit Stainless caters to the needs of industries such as oil & gas, power generation, and chemical processing. Our SS 410HT products are engineered for structural integrity and long service life, making us a preferred supplier in the Indian stainless steel market.
SS 410HT is a high-temperature version of 410 stainless steel. It has 11.5–13.5% chromium and 0.15–0.20% carbon content that improves hardenability. It is hardened and tensile strengthened very much by heat treatment. Its tensile strength is up to 750 MPa, yield strength is up to 450 MPa, and it has good toughness and corrosion resistance. The alloy also has moderate scaling resistance at high temperatures and enhanced fatigue strength. SS 410HT is magnetic in nature and can be easily polished and machined mechanically.

Stainless Steel 410HT ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) pipes offer high strength and heat resistance, ideal for demanding industrial applications, including cutlery and machinery components, with enhanced durability and hardness.
Stainless Steel 410HT EFW (Electric Fusion Welded) pipes are created through fusion welding, providing high-strength, heat-resistant pipes suitable for industrial tools and components requiring exceptional wear resistance and durability.
Stainless Steel 410HT LSAW (Longitudinally Submerged Arc Welded) pipes are manufactured using submerged arc welding, offering superior strength and heat resistance for large-diameter applications, including high-stress industrial environments.
Stainless Steel 410HT Seamless pipes are made without welding, providing uniform strength and exceptional hardness, ideal for high-temperature applications and industrial uses where wear resistance and durability are crucial.
Stainless Steel 410HT Welded pipes are produced by welding stainless steel sections, offering high strength and heat resistance, suitable for machinery components and high-temperature applications requiring durability and hardness.
Stainless Steel 410HT Square pipes feature a square cross-section, providing structural support and heat resistance, ideal for applications in machinery and industrial environments where durability and hardness are essential.
SS 410HT is best suited for high mechanical strength applications at high temperatures. SS 410HT is widely used in thermal power plants, furnace components, turbine blades, and petrochemical plant equipment. Because of its resistance to heat, it’s suitable for valve components, steam turbine parts, and mechanical shafts that go through thermal cycles. Its wear resistance and toughness make it worth applying in mining and heavy machinery sectors. SS 410HT finds its application in pressure vessels at high temperature and refinery parts as well, where the requirements of high strength, oxidation resistance, and dimensional stability are the key to performance and safety.
