Vinit Stainless, a reputable manufacturer and supplier of high-quality stainless steel products serving a variety of industrial sectors, is headquartered in Chennai, India. We are a dependable partner in stainless steel solutions because of our emphasis on quality, prompt delivery, and client satisfaction. Stainless Steel 436 Bolts are one of our most notable products; they are designed to function well in corrosive and harsh conditions. The strength, resistance to oxidation, and thermal stability of these bolts are well-known. Vinit Stainless provides high-performance fastening solutions that are precisely matched to requirements, whether they are for industrial, marine, or automotive applications.
436 Stainless Steel The ferritic stainless steel alloy used to make bolts is mainly composed of 16–18% chromium, with trace elements like columbium (niobium) and 1–1.5% molybdenum added for improved stability and weldability. These bolts have outstanding corrosion resistance, particularly in environments that are mildly acidic and rich in chlorides. They are appropriate for high-stress situations due to their tensile strength of 415–620 MPa and yield strength of about 205 MPa. Reliability under corrosive and high-temperature conditions is guaranteed by their oxidation resistance, good formability, and machinability.

Stainless Steel 436 bolts are corrosion-resistant fasteners made from an alloy with high chromium content, offering durability, strength, and resistance to oxidation, suitable for automotive, marine, and industrial applications.
Custom Stainless Steel 436 Hex Bolt is a matching fastener made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel 436, with a square head fastener for secure, interchangeable industrial and marine applications
Stainless Steel 436 Leg Bolt is a durable, corrosion-resistant fastener with a threaded shaft and a thin, leg-like design, used for secure and strong connections in structure and mechanics
Stainless Steel 436 Expansion Anchor Bolt is a corrosion-resistant fastener designed to attach to concrete or masonry structures. It stretches when installed, providing a strong and reliable grip on harsh surfaces.
Stainless Steel 436 Hex Flange head bolt features a hexagonal head with an integrated flange, providing a secure, durable fastening solution that distributes load evenly and resists corrosion in harsh environments
Stainless Steel 436 full threaded bolts have a fully threaded shaft, providing consistent grip and engagement along the entire length. They offer high corrosion resistance and strength for diverse fastening applications.
Each Stainless Steel 436 Bolt is carefully packed using high-quality materials to prevent rust and damage during the shipping process. We prioritize customer satisfaction by make sure timely shipments through efficient transportation methods. Additionally all relevant product documentation is provided to clients upon delivery to ensure complete transparency and peace of mind.
436 Stainless Steel Bolts are widely used in many industries where mechanical strength, temperature tolerance, and corrosion resistance are required. These bolts are perfect for industrial machinery, marine assemblies, and automobile exhaust systems where exposure to heat, moisture, and corrosive substances is frequent. They are prized for their enduring stability in structural and construction applications. Their strength allows them to support heavy-duty mechanical assemblies, and their formability makes them appropriate for fabrication. They are also utilized in heat exchangers, chemical processing facilities, and equipment protection systems, guaranteeing strong and long-lasting performance even in harsh conditions.
