Vinit Stainless is a prominent manufacturer and supplier in Chennai, India, offering a high-quality range of Stainless Steel 904L Forged Fittings. These fittings are carefully designed to offer outstanding performance in highly corrosive conditions, especially those involving sulfuric, phosphoric, and acetic acids. Our 904L forged fittings are much in demand for their enhanced pitting resistance, crevice corrosion resistance, and stress corrosion cracking resistance, rendering them an essential component for mission-critical industrial infrastructure.
904L Stainless Steel is a high alloy content, super austenitic stainless steel, which is specially formulated for extreme corrosive environments. Its normal composition ranges from 23-28% Nickel, 19-23% Chromium, 4-5% Molybdenum, and 1-2% Copper, with exceedingly low carbon. Its mechanical properties comprise good tensile strength of around 490 MPa and yield strength of 220 MPa with good ductility. This provides strength and dependability even under extreme pressure and stress.

These fittings are available in sizes from 1/8″ to 4″ and offer reliable, leak-free connections in high-pressure systems. They are commonly used in petrochemical, power generation, and oil and gas industries.
Threaded fittings, ranging from 1/8″ to 4″, provide ease of installation and maintenance. Suitable for low-pressure applications, they are widely used in plumbing, heating, and cooling systems.
These elbows, available in sizes from 1/8″ to 4″, allow for smooth directional flow changes. They are ideal for piping systems requiring high-strength connections and reduced flow resistance.
Threaded tees, in sizes ranging from 1/8″ to 4″, branch off the main line in a piping system. They provide reliable performance in various industrial and commercial applications.
These couplings, available in sizes from 1/8″ to 4″, join two pipes or fittings. They offer easy assembly and disassembly, making them suitable for maintenance and repair work.
Socket weld crosses, ranging from 1/8″ to 4″, are designed to connect four pipes at a single junction. They are used in high-pressure applications where a strong, leak-proof connection is essential.
Stainless Steel 904L Forged Fittings are widely used in harsh industries like chemical processing, pharmaceutical manufacture, and pulp and paper production. They play a vital role in equipment that is processing sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and other hostile chemicals. Their other uses are in seawater cooling equipment, oil and gas exploration, and pollution control systems. Their high corrosion resistance guarantees integrity and durability in extremely acidic and chloride-bearing environments, reducing downtime and maintenance.
