Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes are basically made from top-grade austenitic alloys like 304/304L, 316/316L, and occasionally specialized alloys like Duplex or Super Duplex stainless steel. Lack of a weld seam, established through a hot piercing or cold drawing from a solid billet, adds to their high integrity. Common 304/304L compositions are around 18% Chromium and 8% Nickel, whereas 316/316L contains around 16-18% Chromium, 10-14% Nickel, and 2-3% Molybdenum for added corrosion resistance.
