Stainless Steel Seamless Tubing is generally made of iron with not less than 10.5% chromium, and it may have nickel, molybdenum, and other alloying components based on the grade (e.g., 304, 316, 316L). This composition offers superior resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and high temperatures. Mechanically, seamless tubing has better tensile strength (e.g., 515-620 MPa for 304/304L), high yield strength (205-220 MPa), and excellent ductility. Since it has no weld seam, potential weak points are eliminated that could compromise pressure containment.
